Wouldn't it be good for browsing this list to organize alphabetically?

Last, databases are not, properly speaking, tools. They are the product of a tool (e.g., a DBMS). I suggest we replace "database" with database management system. Examples would include things like Microsoft Access, SQL Server, etc.
